With her extensive knowledge of the business side of Hollywood industry, Ms. Nixon-Kelly loved the idea of providing guidelines to aspiring international filmmakers and that way help to Hollywood decision makers (i.e. talent agents and managers, casting directors, producers, directors, studio executives, etc.) to eliminate their frustration caused by a lack of having basic knowledge about dos and don'ts of Hollywood filmmaking industry.
