Frequently Asked Questions

How much is school tuition?

To ensure the best experience for all of our students, Los Angeles Film Academy Intl. designed a simple pricing policy per class sizes regulated based on the area of expertise that students study as well as on the level of prior knowledge that students in certain course have.

Prices are set when we publish our quarterly schedule in January, April, July, October and are posted in Prospectus for each specific class or in some instances for a package of classes. As course start dates approach, prices for individual courses are occassionally adjusted (up or down) marginally, based on the number of bookings.

The reason we do this is simply to regulate class sizes - if a course would benefit from more students then we may bring the price down slightly, and if a course is approaching the maximum number of students then we may increase the price slightly.

I do not have enough money for the course. Can you help me?

LADA does not provide financial aid assistance program at this time.

Occasionally we have groups of students where some students do not speak any English or a very limited amount. In those cases we need an English interpreter to accompany the group at all times. In those cases LADA will consider offering the job opportunity to be an interpreter for a group to an aspiring applicant with lack of funds to cover the full tuition and housing expenses. The compensation for assisting us as an interpreter is a credit towards course tuition.

Can I visit the school?

2-4 times a year we have an open house day at our school. Please fill out the form under Contact Us link with the dates that you will be in Los Angeles and we will respond to you shortly if we have any open house on the dates that you have provided.
